When your application is accepted you will receive an email from the Camp Registrar with arrival and departure times, a map, a complete list of what to bring, and any other applicable information.

Please Note:
All registrations must be received by the deadline of May 31st, 2025.
Registrations received after this date may be accepted
at the discretion of the Registrar and subject to availability,
but will incur an additional Late Registration Fee of $50 per camper.
When you have completed the form,
please save with your child's name in the file name
and either email or mail the completed registration and health forms to:

Please Note: A late fee of $50 applies to registrations received after May 31st, 2025.
Application Deadline
The deadline for receipt of registration forms and fees is May 31, 2024. Register early as each camp has a limited amount of camper spots available. Please note that the registration fee for all camp sessions includes tuck (concession) money. Receipts are available for childcare upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Camp Woodboia reserves the right to cancel any camp if necessary. Campers cancelling BEFORE the deadline date will receive a 75% refund. Campers cancelling AFTER the deadline date will receive a 50% refund. Please contact the Camp Registrar to cancel.
Privacy Policy
Personal information will be used exclusively for the administration of Camp Woodboia in compliance with the privacy policy of the United Church of Canada, and will not be shared with other organizations.
Discounts
& Funding
Families with three or more children attending camp are eligible for a 10% discount. A bursary fund is also available to help cover a portion of fees. Contact the Camp Registrar for information.
Camp Staff
Camp personnel includes a Director, a Cook, a Chaplain, Qualified First Aid Personnel, Cabin Leaders, and Leaders-In-Training (LITs).

Your children are in good hands and having the time of their life making friends and memories. As such, visitors are not permitted and campers are not allowed to leave the camp during the week unless special arrangements have been previously discussed.
Safety
& Security
Our team of camp councilors are trained to put your child's well being first and foremost. Camp Woodboia will be following strict Covid protocols to ensure everyone can have a safe and fun time this summer!

Please note: Camp Woodboia is NOT nut-free and while we do have on-site first-aid trained volunteers, we are not equipped to deal with serious health conditions.
